Limeburners and Giniversity in the Valley
Went here today slightly after lunch hour and the place was still crowded, but the staff were great and accommodated us with a table once they had cleared a few. We were the only ones in line at the time. The staff were patient in explaining to us how to tasting concept works. Good variety of gin and whiskey to taste. Food menu was limited but we'll give them that because they are new (opened 3 days ago when we went). The Whiskey Business pizza we ordered was great and we were told the menu is all gluten free - pls double check as they may change the menu. Staff were polite and knowledgeable, made for a nice afternoon out for us.

Went here with a big group yesterday and had a wonderful afternoon. Beautiful food, loved the drinks, service was great and location is really chill and relaxing! Will definitely become a regular weekend spot for us!

Lovely relaxing lunch with gin tasting and whiskey tasting. The food was great and the pizzas were especially tasty. We shared pizza, rump steak skewers and charcuterie amongst five of us. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. A couple of items were unavailable due to the holidays but this had no impact our experience. Definitely worth checking out.

My family and I had such a wonderful experience at Limeburners. The gluten free pizza and sourdough were delicious. We had so much fun picking out tastings and the customer service was exceptional. The venue is nice and also has a large outdoor area with a playground for kids. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the experience here. The food was delicious, especially the salad with the prosciutto. The gin tastings were nice, too. It's hard to choose a favourite! The outdoor setting is just gorgeous, especially sunset time. The only downfall was that there is no kids menu available.

Having visited the various Limeburners locations and been a supporter of the WA whisky industry since the early days, I was very pleased to see they have started a location closer to home.Opening weekend.Glad we booked. And booked for an early timeslot.A well, lit open space. Welcoming with a polite sign that with everything new, please be forgiving of teething issues. The maitre'd and several of the staff appeared to be brand ambassadors and knew their produce. Several of the wait-staff were new but attentive, friendly and seemed to try their best. It was very clear as they got busier that they were under pressure.Nips of gin and whisky reasonably priced. And almost everything available for purchase as a 15mL nip flight. The limeburner gin has always been safe. I don't think they had time to do 'tastings' but rather the paid flights at the table. Which means without a spittoon you could get tipsy, very quickly. The current peated port directors cut whisky was delicious. Clean, well balanced without the Pemberton WA peat overpowering the young port characteristics and spirit character. Their older port, verdhello and muscat casks were where my love began (m9, m110, m123 anyone). Would like to see some back releases from the museum available. The karri honey liquor tasted more watered down than I recall it used to be.As for the food? Well it came out quickly if you get there early. And not so quickly if you're not. The tasting platter generous and fresh. Focacia land dips generous enough to fill you up. The pear salad was fresh and nice enough. Look, the food here isn't 'fancy' but we were happy. Enjoyed the olives but would have appreciated a cheaper option for just olives without the huge serve of bread. Profiteroles. Choux pastry is rarely light and fresh these days unless freshly prepared. But the cream cheese filling flavoured with karri honey liquor went down a treat.Afters? Can head to Tali next door for a nip of the rare pedro. Rumour has it they supply some of the Limeburner Muscat casks. They were relatively full. So advise booking.

This is the Carilley Estate location. Awesome gin. Didn't know they were in Swan valley so it saves me time driving to Margaret River. My favourite is the hemp gin. One of a kind.

We really enjoy their whisky. A very friendly lady, and got the chance to taste the freshly picked grape, sweet and fresh
